Freyssinet Australia is hiring a Pre-Contract Engineer for its Major Projects Division to lead the front end of civil, structural, and remedial engineering projects from initial tender through contract award. The role coordinates technical and commercial inputs, analyses project documentation, supports pricing and risk assessments, develops cost plans, prepares tender documentation, and collaborates with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers. Candidates need a degree in civil or structural engineering or a related discipline, experience in estimating, tendering, and project engineering, and strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design principles, and risk management.
