UGL is hiring a senior Pre-Contracts Manager to lead its Energy & Industrial bid strategy and Bid Management team across major renewable energy opportunities in Australia. The role oversees the full tender lifecycle, develops pursuit and win strategies, manages governance, risk, pricing and approvals, coordinates with estimating, engineering, commercial and delivery teams, maintains senior client relationships, presents recommendations to executives, and ensures handover into project delivery. Candidates need a relevant tertiary qualification and senior experience leading bids, bid teams, complex tenders and large-scale renewable EPC projects.
