Description
Robust AI is hiring a Pre-Deployment Manager to plan and coordinate customer deployments of warehouse robotic systems. The role serves as the primary customer-facing coordinator across operations, facilities, IT, training, staffing, workflow, engineering, hardware, sales, and customer success; manages project plans, risks, readiness reviews, go-live check-ins, status reports, metrics, and post-launch reviews; and supports onsite launch execution and customer relationships. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least four years of related experience, knowledge of distribution and fulfillment operations, and the ability to travel up to 80% within the United States. Base salary is $120,000 to $150,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
