The Instructional Assistant supports a Lead Teacher in an early childhood classroom by helping implement curriculum, maintain interest centers, follow classroom cleanliness and health-safety routines, support licensing and agency compliance, maintain child and classroom records, and communicate with parents. The role requires 12 core ECE units and the ability to attain an Associate Teacher Permit, with physical duties including lifting up to 35 pounds and interacting with children. The salary is $20-$22 based on education credentials.
