Description
The Claims Handler - CH2 will manage a caseload of public and employers liability claims, including personal injury, product liability, and property damage, from inception through settlement before litigation. The role maintains case-management data, meets client SLAs, upholds service and productivity standards, and may undertake additional tasks from the Team Leader. It requires 12 months of relevant experience or 6 months of experience plus a law degree or equivalent, along with MOJ Claims Portal experience and strong communication, negotiation, organisational, and client-care skills. The position is hybrid, working one day in the office and four days from home, with a 35-hour week.
