Description
The Pre-Litigated File Handler will manage a caseload of up to 250 NIHL and HAVS claims from initial file opening through to conclusion or the point of litigation. The role involves completing tracker strategies, conducting searches, instructing investigators, following up with solicitors, insurers, brokers, and claimants, reviewing medical and engineering evidence, handling administrative tasks, escalating files, and closing files. It is a 35-hour-per-week role based primarily in Keoghs, Parkland, Bolton, with benefits including a Davies Incentive Plan, Simply Health Care Cash Plan, WeCare support, pension contributions, and other employee benefits.
