VAST Data is hiring a Pre-Sales Manager to lead its Systems Engineering function in Japan. The player-coach will own regional technical strategy, solution architecture, proof-of-concept planning, strategic customer engagements, channel enablement, and the growth of the local SE team, while partnering with sales, product, and engineering leadership. The role requires substantial enterprise infrastructure pre-sales experience, people leadership, strong expertise in storage and data platforms, Linux, virtualization, and AI/data infrastructure, proven success in Japanese enterprise technical sales, and business-level English with native-level Japanese.
