Epsilon Solutions Ltd. is hiring a Pre Trade Support Analyst in Montreal, Quebec for a long-term contract. The role supports traders on USD and currency interest-rate swap desks, analyzes incidents and user requests, configures products in Jetstream IRD ION, maintains yield curves and financial instruments, monitors production environments, documents business requirements, automates repetitive tasks, and collaborates with front, middle, back, and risk teams. The position requires a degree in market finance or IT, strong capital markets and fixed-income knowledge, 5–7 years of support or operations analyst experience, front-end trading application experience, and knowledge of swap booking, electronic markets, and RFQ processes.
