Description
Tindall Corporation is seeking a field-focused precast concrete erection and manufacturing operations manager to direct subcontractors and employees, coordinate erection and field service activities, establish production and quality standards, manage budgets and schedules, resolve operational issues, and ensure projects are completed safely, defect-free, on time, and within budget. The role requires daily travel to job sites, OSHA 10- and 30-hour certifications, PCI Field Auditor certification, a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 or more years of related experience, and 3–5 or more years of supervisory experience.
