Description
The role operates, supplies, and monitors modern production plants for precision components, assembles components and subassemblies, performs quality checks, and manages material provision, packaging, and shipment preparation. It requires initial production experience, preferably in the automotive industry, German B2 skills, a driver’s license, a car, and willingness to work in a three-shift system with occasional weekends. The position offers permanent employment after a trial period, above-tariff pay starting at €18.87 per hour, vacation and Christmas bonuses, long-term assignment, free parking, travel expense subsidies, free workwear, and consultant support.
