ABBA Roller is hiring a Precision Grinder Tech 2 to independently operate grinding and polishing lathes and other manufacturing equipment to finish industrial rollers and wheels. The role includes machine setups, tooling changes, dimensional and surface-finish verification, CNC monitoring, quality inspection, recordkeeping, and production support. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3+ years of CNC manufacturing, machine operation, or grinding experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work an 8+ hour shift.
