The role includes measuring critical dimensions, setting up tools and machines, maintaining process documentation and quality records, troubleshooting minor issues, and following safety and environmental procedures. Afternoon and midnight shifts are available, with no prior experience required because training is provided; applicants need a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, drawing-reading ability, and strong attention to detail.
