Description
CoVolt Power is hiring a Preconstruction Engineer to lead conceptual design and early-stage engineering for utility-scale PV and BESS projects. The role develops buildable system layouts, design criteria, material takeoffs, equipment selections, and Basis of Design documentation; supports EPC estimates and proposals; evaluates design scenarios; and coordinates with engineering, procurement, construction, client, OEM, and vendor teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline, at least three years of solar EPC, developer, or engineering experience, and at least two years of utility-scale PV or BESS planning, design, and engineering experience.
