Bancroft Construction is hiring a full-time Estimator to evaluate project specifications and drawings, prepare conceptual, schematic, design-development, and construction-level estimates, acquire competitive bid work, perform preconstruction and bidding activities, negotiate pricing, and support project scope and contract development. The role requires at least five years of commercial construction estimating experience, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and conceptual estimating experience.
