Graycor Construction Company is hiring a Preconstruction Estimator to prepare bid proposals, complete detailed takeoffs, solicit vendor and subcontractor pricing, review specifications and drawings, participate in pre-bid meetings, and prepare purchase orders and subcontracts for awarded projects. The role requires at least two years of relevant construction estimating experience, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with estimating and takeoff software; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
