The role leads cost estimating, constructability reviews, phasing and logistics analyses, cost reconciliations, risk and pricing analysis, takeoffs, and client and subcontractor relationship management, while mentoring junior team members. Candidates need at least four years of construction estimating and preconstruction experience, relevant engineering or construction management education, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing expertise, proficiency with takeoff software and Microsoft tools, and a valid driver's license.
