AECOM Hunt is hiring a Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction operations, estimating, scheduling, procurement, cost analysis, value engineering, bid reviews, and client pricing for commercial construction projects. The role manages estimating and preconstruction teams, prepares budgets and proposals, and coordinates information from the pre-concept design stage through construction documents. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a relevant curriculum plus eight years of commercial preconstruction experience is required; CMAR, multimillion-dollar project leadership, scheduling and budgeting, PE, and full-cycle estimating experience are preferred. The position is based in the Phoenix, Arizona office, with Los Angeles listed as an alternative location, and does not include United States work authorization sponsorship.
