The Preconstruction Estimator leads the preconstruction phase of data center projects, developing detailed cost estimates from conceptual designs and specifications, performing value engineering and constructability reviews, analyzing project risks and cost-saving opportunities, and presenting estimates and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 7–10 years of construction estimating experience focused on data centers or mission-critical facilities, proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office, and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
