The role manages the preconstruction phase of projects, including cost estimating, bid packages, subcontractor qualification, negotiations, project scheduling, risk assessment, and business development. The position requires a degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, at least eight years of general contractor estimating experience, design-build experience, value-engineering experience, and specified safety and driver qualifications. The role also requires travel, flexible evening and weekend availability, and proficiency with construction estimating and scheduling software.
