Description
The Preconstruction Manager leads BHS Construction’s preconstruction phase from contract execution through groundbreaking, overseeing estimating, budgets, schedules, GMP development, contract administration, procurement, constructability reviews, risk mitigation, and client presentations. The role provides day-to-day leadership of the estimating team, coordinates with design, procurement, contracts, operations, and client stakeholders, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 7–10 years of relevant experience, knowledge of design-build and CMAR delivery methods, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. Compensation is $125,000–$150,000 total compensation, and the position is full-time exempt.
