Description
The Preconstruction Manager supports the preconstruction phase of assigned construction projects by preparing accurate cost estimates, managing budgets and bids, performing value engineering, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and communicating with clients and project teams. The role requires at least five years of preconstruction or related experience, knowledge of preconstruction technologies, and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
