Description
The Preconstruction Manager oversees projects from initial concept through final design and contractor selection, managing estimates, construction documents, budgets, schedules, and relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. The role collaborates with project and program managers, supports business development, and may require travel of up to 15%. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-7 years of preconstruction or estimating experience with large commercial or industrial projects, construction cost estimating and scheduling knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license; LEED AP is preferred.
