ITC Construction is hiring a full-time Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction services from project inception through construction start. The role covers tendering, project schedules, design development, constructability reviews, scope tracking, bid analysis, value engineering, risk management, trade contract negotiation, client and consultant relations, permitting, documentation, and mentoring preconstruction coordinators. Candidates need at least five years of construction experience, preferably on high-rise residential projects, with experience managing complex and multiple projects, leading consultant teams, and driving projects to construction start.
