Loenbro is hiring a Preconstruction Manager to manage national and enterprise client relationships and pursue large-scale, multi-regional construction opportunities across all service lines. Reporting to the Executive Sales Director, the role leads RFP/RFQ processes, account planning, pricing and value-engineering strategies, proposal development, client presentations, forecasting, and coordination across sales, operations, and preconstruction teams. The position requires at least eight years of relevant experience, national travel, and the ability to manage complex industrial and commercial construction accounts; benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
