Leadership of $250+ million construction pursuits across hard-bid, lump-sum, construction-management, cost-reimbursable, target-price, and design-build models
Experience with highly complex construction pursuits
Experience in self-perform environments and productivity analysis
Design management experience in building and civil projects
Expertise in construction methods, planning, scheduling, sequencing, problem-solving, and timelines
Experience estimating multiple self-perform work disciplines
Relationship and reputation management experience
