The PENTA Building Group is hiring Preconstruction Managers for its Pasadena and Irvine offices. The role covers project pursuit identification, estimating, scheduling, planning, bidding, budgeting, proposal preparation, subcontractor coordination, design-team management, and business development. Candidates should have at least 5–7 years of verifiable construction estimating experience, familiarity with the local market, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work autonomously from project inception through completion. The position is fully in-person, with a stated salary range of $110,000 to $180,000 based on experience and other factors.
