Description
PROTECS is hiring a Preconstruction Manager to lead projects from master planning, site selection, conceptual and design phases through preconstruction and turnover to construction. The role manages design teams, consultants, project schedules, budgets, estimating, procurement, risk, commissioning, validation, client relationships, and project profitability, while developing future project opportunities and mentoring project staff. An engineering or architectural degree or equivalent training is required, and the position does not offer H1-B or other visa sponsorship.
