RES is hiring a Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction activities for solar, high-voltage, and battery storage EPC opportunities from pursuit through construction handoff. The role acts as interim project manager during proposal and development phases, coordinating engineering, estimating, procurement, scheduling, contracts, legal, risk, tax, and operations teams to produce winning execution strategies, manage proposal deliverables, support contract development and negotiation, and ensure a smooth transition into construction. The position is remote-eligible, based in the United States, requires travel, and offers a base salary range plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
