Description
Nox Group’s RMCI is hiring a Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction activities for large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. The role partners closely with the Chief Estimator and other internal teams to manage design coordination, constructability reviews, cost modeling, scheduling, procurement strategy, documentation, and client/subcontractor engagement, while helping build and refine preconstruction standards as the department grows. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong estimating, communication, and organizational skills in an industrial construction environment.
