Unispace is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead commercial interior projects from early client engagement through contract award. The role owns estimating and pre-construction processes, analyzes drawings and specifications, develops cost plans, manages budgets and risk, coordinates subcontractor bids, presents proposals, and supports project handovers. Candidates should have a degree or equivalent experience in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering, or a similar field, significant commercial construction estimating experience, strong trade and subcontractor knowledge, and proficiency with project management and scheduling tools.
