Description
The Preconstruction Manager leads day-to-day preconstruction execution for commercial and multifamily projects from first pursuit through construction handoff. The role builds relationships with owners and design partners, manages real-time trend budgets and cost impacts, coordinates design and preconstruction activities, supports pursuit strategy, and owns project-level data and process improvements. It begins with a single project and may expand to multiple projects, with mentorship support. The position reports to a preconstruction supervisor and partners with estimating, operations, marketing, and business development. It requires at least three years of project management or preconstruction experience, familiarity with multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use projects, and proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and Concentric.
