Freedom is hiring a Preconstruction Manager (electrical) in Scotland on a permanent, full-time hybrid basis. The role leads design engineers and supports the transition from preconstruction through construction on large Design & Build projects, including tender evaluation, constructability reviews, scheduling, risk and health and safety management, site troubleshooting, and lessons learned. Candidates need extensive preconstruction and construction management experience, team leadership capability, engineering or construction qualifications, and a health and safety qualification; knowledge of UK T&D regulations, project management software, and a CSCS card are desirable.
