TW Constructors is hiring a full-time Electrical Preconstruction Manager in St. Louis, Missouri, to lead electrical preconstruction from project inception through construction start. The role develops electrical estimates, reviews design documents, defines scopes, evaluates constructability and risks, coordinates with owners and design teams, solicits and evaluates subcontractor proposals, supports procurement and scheduling, and prepares estimates and risk assessments for project stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five to ten years of electrical estimating, preconstruction, or commercial construction experience, with nationwide project travel possible.
