Preconstruction Manager, Leased - Data Center Design, Engineering, and Construction at Meta

Meta is hiring a Preconstruction Manager, Leased to negotiate leases and manage large-scale leased data center projects from design kick-off through construction start and contract execution. The role leads preconstruction program management, budget, schedule, risk, constructability, procurement, vendor selection, contract administration, change management, and stakeholder coordination, while supporting build strategy and process improvement. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 10 years of direct professional experience in commercial or construction management, and extensive experience with large capital projects, leased data center development, ground-up and retrofit construction, and preconstruction activities.
