Samet is hiring a Pre-Construction Project Manager I in its Savannah, Georgia regional office. The role translates early designs into accurate cost estimates, prepares conceptual, preliminary, and contract estimates, coordinates with design teams and subcontractors, manages bid solicitations, supports proposals, develops scopes and value-engineering proposals, and coordinates project turnover to construction. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, knowledge of construction delivery methods and estimating, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and estimating or scheduling software, and frequent travel to construction sites.
