The Preconstruction Project Manager will lead cost estimating, quantitative surveys, value engineering, CPM scheduling, scope development, and field inspections for construction projects. The role requires a construction-related bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of construction estimating experience, and knowledge of MS Office; Sage Estimating, energy modeling, and Primavera experience are preferred.
