Key responsibilities include managing project meetings, conducting cost comparisons, updating schedules, handling contract exhibit execution, and engaging in strategic buyout negotiations to maintain budget adherence.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5-8 years field experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
5+ years of construction experience.
2+ years of scheduling and estimating experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Thorough understanding of plans and specifications.
Ability to lead teams effectively, especially in a remote setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other industry-standard tools like Bluebeam Revu.
Basic understanding of contract law and project accounting principles.
Possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes initiative.
Capable of traveling approximately 25%.
