Description
Pepper Construction is hiring a Preconstruction Engineer/Estimator to support commercial construction projects through the preconstruction planning process, including proposal responses, quantity surveys, pricing, scopes of work, value engineering, building-systems analysis, constructability reviews, and conceptual estimates. The role reports to the Vice President of Preconstruction, collaborates with operations leads, and includes leadership, mentorship, and client-champion opportunities. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related technical area is preferred, along with at least two years of industry experience; the employer does not sponsor work visas.
