Description
Turner & Townsend is hiring a Preconstruction Zoning / Due Diligence Manager to lead the initial site-selection and planning phase for an expanding network of EV service centers. The role evaluates zoning, land use, title, survey, environmental, and geotechnical factors; interprets municipal codes; develops entitlement strategies; coordinates with city agencies and internal teams; manages multiple projects, consultants, risks, and deliverables; and supports site viability and long-term expansion planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of zoning, entitlements, and due diligence experience, and experience with EV infrastructure and service facility planning. The disclosed base salary is $130,000–$160,000, with possible bonuses and benefits.
