Description
Responsible for implementing and managing the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Program to support the Texas and Mississippi manufacturing plants. Serves as the Mechanical Engineering subject matter expert and responsible for the Mechanical Integrity Program for these sites. This role involves using expertise in reliability principles, analytics, equipment performance, and failure modes to improve equipment reliability. The individual will manage various programs, perform analyses, drive improvement initiatives, and act as a resource for identifying and correcting equipment problems, ultimately contributing to the overall asset management strategy.
