5K Power is hiring a full-time Prefab Manager in Dallas to lead day-to-day operations across its Electrical Prefab shop. The role oversees multiple assembly lines producing electrical wall panels, prefabricated electrical units, and overhead racks; manages production scheduling, staffing, materials flow, quality control, safety, inventory, KPI reporting, continuous improvement, and coordination with engineering, estimating, and project management. Candidates need at least five years of electrical prefabrication or related industrial manufacturing experience, including two years in a supervisory or management role, along with knowledge of NEC and UL508A standards, electrical schematic interpretation, and production software.
