5K Power is hiring a full-time Prefab Manager in San Antonio to lead day-to-day operations across electrical wall-panel, prefabricated electrical-unit, and overhead-rack assembly lines. The role manages production scheduling, staffing, materials flow, quality control, safety, inventory, performance reporting, continuous improvement, and coordination with engineering, estimating, and project management. Candidates need at least five years of electrical prefabrication or related industrial manufacturing experience, including two years in a supervisory or management role, along with knowledge of NEC and UL508A standards, electrical schematics, and production software.
