The Prefab Table Lead leads daily production of electrical prefabricated assemblies at an assembly table in a controlled shop environment. The role combines hands-on assembly of electrical components with team coordination, material organization, production scheduling, quality inspection, documentation, safety compliance, and training. The lead connects the assembly team with warehouse, project management, and shop leadership to ensure assemblies are built correctly and delivered efficiently to projects.
