Description
The Prefect’s Delegate is a full-time Category A public-policy management role responsible for representing the State and Prefect in priority urban neighborhoods, monitoring local dynamics, coordinating with local authorities and public organizations, supporting urban-policy and employment strategies, and guiding the allocation of State funding. The position requires constant field presence, frequent travel, a Category B driving licence, strong project-management and negotiation skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. It is based at the Alpes-Maritimes Departmental Administrative Center in Nice, with remote work possible, and is open to civil servants and contract employees.
