UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics is hiring a permanent Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment bookings and transportation activities for clinical and advanced therapy shipments. The role coordinates customer, shipper, internal, and service-provider communications; processes booking requests and shipping documentation; monitors shipments for timely collection and delivery; maintains shipment visibility; and prepares and distributes project documentation. The position requires French fluency, Microsoft Suite proficiency, aviation or airline-network knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility including occasional weekend coverage.
