Bosch Rexroth AG is recruiting a PreMaster for its Maintenance department. The two-stage program provides up to 12 months of practical experience followed by independent master’s studies, with the participant contributing as a student employee. Responsibilities include supporting maintenance planning, organization, documentation, fault analysis, workload and equipment-availability analysis, maintenance-data maintenance, and digitization and optimization projects. The role requires an above-average bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable program, a goal of pursuing a master’s degree, basic technical and maintenance knowledge, MS Office and Excel proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, and very good German and English.
