Bosch Rexroth AG is seeking a PreMaster Program participant to join its Value Stream Logistics department and support the optimization and digitalization of indirect material procurement. The role covers material planning, customer order entry, process analysis, data collection, workflow improvement, and recommendations for digital transformation. Participants must have an above-average bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration with a logistics focus, or a comparable program, with a goal of pursuing a master’s degree, along with relevant procurement, logistics, SAP, Excel, VBA, and Power BI knowledge. The program offers flexible part-time, mobile, and job-sharing working models.
