Description
Bosch is hiring a PreMaster Program participant to support innovation management at Bosch Mobility Solutions in Gerlingen. The role focuses on the incubation phase, selecting teams for incubation funding, evaluating and developing corporate startups, organizing internal funding decisions, and supporting innovation teams through transfer to business-responsible divisions. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, knowledge of innovation management, strong communication and proactive working styles, and very good English with good German. It is a hybrid role meeting in the office two to three times per week, with a start date by agreement.
