Bosch is seeking bachelor’s degree graduates for its PreMaster Program to support the development of eBike drive units. The role involves design engineering, patent research, design calculations, parts procurement, prototype creation, testing, and evaluation, while collaborating with simulation, project management, and product management. Candidates need a completed bachelor’s degree, a definite intention to pursue a master’s degree, CAD and simulation software knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent German and English. The program includes a company phase of up to twelve months, mentorship, and flexible part-time or mobile working options.
