The role also involves diversifying investments, protection, credit, and deposit products, contributing to NPS and branch objectives, and following end-to-end case management. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of service or customer support experience, at least two years of sales experience, AMIB 1.5 AFI certification or availability to obtain it, and knowledge of financial products, risk profiling, KYC/AML, and compliance.
